Our Associate Program is built around a single proposition: associates develop fastest when they are given real work and held to real standards from day one. Each associate is matched with a partner mentor and a senior-counsel sponsor; together they oversee work assignments, formal evaluations, and long-term development.
The program includes structured substantive training, regular partner-led case studies, and externally facilitated skills development in writing, oral advocacy, and client communication.
