The Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 (LDA) requires registered lobbyists and lobbying firms to file quarterly reports of lobbying activity. Griffin & Prescott complies with all LDA registration and reporting obligations and maintains internal compliance procedures to support timely, accurate filings.
Our quarterly LDA filings are publicly available through the U.S. Senate's Lobbying Disclosure Act database. Each filing identifies the client, the registered lobbyists working on the engagement, the issue areas, and (where applicable) the lobbying contacts.
